Martin Evans consolidated his points lead on the final day of sailing in the Spring Series to win the Series. Martin won eleven of the thirteen races that he competed in and took the Series class win by seven points from second place Andrew Yuille. Andrew’s second place was also commendable as it was the first Series he competed in at Cookham after purchasing a new Mark 3 Lightning 368 mid-Series and won five races and a string of seconds with the new Lightning 368. Duncan Watts finished third in his Mark 3 with 229 points.
