Cookham Reach Sailing Club members have been sailing virtually during lockdown using Virtual Regatta, an online sailing game. The racing has been competitive but lots of fun with some “interesting” sailing taking place in a range of boats from Star dinghies, speedy 49er and catamarans and some exotic locations around the world such as San Francisco and Auckland bay (Andrew Boxer claimed he should have sailed better there as he sailed in the OK Worlds at Auckland in 2019).

So far the series has been dominated by Gareth Jones who leads the series from James Long and Andrew Boxer.
