The Radio Control Model Yacht Club meet at CRSC on Wednesday mornings from April to September. The club has been running for five years and welcomes beginners or enthusiasts. The club’s main fleet of yachts is the Joysway Dragon 65, a 650mm long monohull remote controlled yacht and the club has a second smaller fleet of Dragon 95s which allows club members to sail in more challenging conditions. The club always has a safety boat on hand to retrieve stranded yachts and lay marks.
If you are interested in joining our model yacht sailors, please come along on a Wednesday morning at 10am from April to September. The sailors meet in the clubhouse before taking their Dragons out for a sail.
